They don't communicate with each other, you make payment arrangements with one person and the next person decides it is not good enough. Told them to come get the broken junk they gave me and they have called to reschedule pick up twice because they're so late. Be careful and don't rent from these guys. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a valued customer
