I dont understand why Staples doesn't capitalize on this WHILE increasing customer service BY HIRING MORE PEOPLE AND GETTING MORE EQUIPMENT AS THERE REALLY IS NOT A COMPARABLE PLACE AROUND THIS LOCATION. 1hour to 45min wait everytime!
